Unbelievable intimidation and harassment. We just moved into Knoxville, as two professionals my husband and I are appalled at the attitude of two officers we encountered. I hope there is change in the department soon.
One officer seems to want to intimidate instead of serve and protect. New chief needed to create a better culture in department.
